Position

We are seeking a highly motivated, accomplished and success-oriented individual who has a keen interest in pursuing a career in the private equity industry. The successful candidate will be exposed to all facets of private equity, be given significant responsibility as his or her capabilities increase, and have the opportunity to grow with the company over time.

This individual will be expected to provide a broad range of analytical and research support to the team, with specific responsibilities to include:

a. assisting in evaluating new investment opportunities, including due diligence and market analysis;
b. completing financial modeling for new investment opportunities;
c. facilitating the enhancement of Yellow Point's deal sourcing platform;
d. supporting the Yellow Point team in providing strategic guidance to existing portfolio companies; and
e. conducting administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will:
- have superior analytical, quantitative and problem solving skills;
- have a history of accomplishments in their academic and personal life;
