This is an opportunity for a seasoned real estate valuation professional to join HOOPP, one of the Canada's leading institutional real estate investment owners, developers, and fund investors. Reporting to the Director, Real Estate Valuation and Performance Measurement, the Manager, Real Estate Valuation will act as one of the organization-wide subject matter experts in real estate valuations. The Manager assumes valuation governance over HOOPP’s $14 B (net) global portfolio, with oversight across all invested asset classes and geographic markets. The Manager will play a key role in defining and scaling the policies, processes and work products relating to the valuation function to reflect and meet the demands of a rapidly growing portfolio.
